When trying to redeem the $200 Samsung offer through the MyFios App or from the Verizon homepage using Chrome, I’m unable to get any discount on Chromebook 3 or any other Samsung product. I’ve been working with a very friendly Verizon agent for almost 2 hours trying to fix the issue unsuccessfully. If there is anything I’ve missed, please help!
