Like many others I have found on the community forums, I am having an issue redeeming my Samsung offer. Not to mention the lies your representatives have told me regarding this offer to begin with. It is the day this is supposed to end, and I cannot redeem the offer. How will you fix this issue?
I've deleted the cache, tried three different browsers, and have tried both my laptop and my phone. None of them work.
