I received the email below but the link doesnt work. I see the message "We're sorry. There was an error fetching your offer code. Please try again later." I have been on the phone more than 10 times to try to resolve this. I have also chatted with an agent online only to waste my time. I have used different devices and browsers but nothing has changed. I feel like I have been scammed and verizon is not being truthful.
