Security deposit never refunded, wasn't even roll over to frontier. I

I have been trying for about a year now to get my $250 refund back. I have been trying to contact Verizon for my refund and an explanation. I work so hard for my money and I have been such a good customer. I just can't believe that's just how you treat and value good customers. I tried calling a couple of Verizon numbers nothing but a machine hanging up on me "dead end". I really need help in getting my security deposit back as soon as possible. Please help me out here with my $250 security deposit back..

I assume you have tried 1800Verizon?
