I want to compliment two Verizon employees involved in resolving a recent service interruption.  I returned home on Wedneday and found the 'phone, TV, & Internet service had been down since Saturday.  I got thru to Judy and she was able to schedule a tecnician for the following morning between 8 and noon.  About 8:45, Ken called and said he'd be there in about an hour.  He arrrived in almost exactly an hour.  He diagnosed the problem and began repairs immediately.  By about 11:00 am, all was back in operation.  My complements to both Judy and Ken and to Verizon for having such efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous employees.
