Hi , I am so Frustrating fom the service that I got , I use to pay 69$ a month and all of a sudden today I got a text message that my bill became 89$ and when I called , the agent told me that there was a discount and they removed it . I told her that I didnt know that there were a discount on my account .
She told me that there is nothing that she can do !!!!!!! and closed the line
when I called again told me the same thing , I asked about only internet service to reduce the bill and she told me it will be the same price as internet and tv !!!!!!!. Although there is many offers on the website that is cheaper than what I pay , she told me she cannot gave me those offers .
Getting frustrated and asked to cancel my service she told me that I have to pay 110$ for early termination.
I feel I am trapped with this company that I will never get any products from them again .

Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases." You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe." Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
