Service suspended!

UNACCEPTABLE... We have been a loyal Fios customer for years for our internet, TV and landline phone. You increased your prices recently exponentially so we decided to switch our landline to a new carrier and tonight you suspended our other services leaving us with no internet or TV or landline phone with absolutely NO warning or communication. 

I called numerous times to review the bill and was told over there is nothing you can do and it was perfectly fine to move our landline to another carrier and it would in no way affect our other services. Listen to the recorded calls!

Yet, here we are late at night with children, a sick elderly parent and no TV, phone or internet. UNACCEPTABLE. We have medical equipment dependent on the wi-fi. This is life or death. And the children need wi-fi for school and the adults need it for work early in the morning. What are we supposed to do?

Month after month you debit our checking account for services and you just suspended us in the middle of the night?

How do you treat people like this? You just indiscriminately raise prices, debit our checking account and suspended us? We're appalled.

We need our services turned back on ASAP and answers how you can treat good, loyal customers paying you every month!

It's a miracle I could post this given our internet is turned off..
