Setup Fee not waived

When I was on the phone ordering, the representative told me about the $100 technician setup fee. I told her that I don't need a technician because my home was already previously setup with Verizon but she said that she could ask her supervisor to waive the fee. She came back and told me the fee was waived, but now that I check my bill after a week of having service, I see that the fee was never waived.
