I recently signed up with Verizon Fios which was suppose to give me a discount for enrolling in autopay and aVerizon Visa Prepaid Card. For some reason last months bill didnt get paid by autopay and I didnt get the discount either. Also when I tried to access the site via the email to redeem Visa Card, it takes me to the normal dashboard with no reward card. The site has also been crazy buggy and at some points with messages like 'Please try again at another time'.
