On Jul 14, 2010, I sent a referral to a friend through the sharethenetwork.com site. Finally she's ready to order service, but when she attempts to use the referral code, she gets an error saying the referral has expired and to ask the referrer to refer again.
If I try to create a new referral with the same email address, I get an error that the email address has already been entered for another referral.
Updating the existing referral doesn't generate a new code. Resending the referral email just sends the same code.
Any ideas?
Have you tried contacting customer service?
I tried calling the Share The Network support number today, but it was too late (support from 9-6PM EST). Was crossing my fingers that someone might have an idea here.
