Anybody have any issues adding a 2nd parent with the smart family app? I don't get the option, I have made the user an account manager, Uninstaller and reinstalled the parent app, and still unable to add 2nd parent. Spoke to someone through Verizon chat and they had no clue, told me to wait 5 days and the user should be updated to a parent. Yeah that didn't work. Anyone have any suggestions?
