There is a utility easement running along (lat, long) 42°19'30.80"N 73°49'23.39"W to 42°18'58.14"N 73°49'22.80"W. I work for a company developing a solar project surrounding this utility easement on this property. I am wondering about the current use of the easement, how far we should set back from it, and the potential to cross either over or under the easement with power lines that will be required to connect the solar facility.
