I'm not a Verizon Customer, however for the past several months I have been receiving emails regarding someone's account. My email is apparently associated with their Verizon account, and I would like my email to be disassociated with their account so I can stop receiving their emails. I have attempted to contact Verizon over the phone to resolve this, however customer service has been of no help.
How can I get this resolved?
