I have been trying to unsubscribe from the Spotlight Magazine for some time. I was given a link several months ago. I used it, but the Magazine keeps on coming. This has to be the most useless piece of advertising Verizon has. Please stop it!
I assume this is an e-mail subscription. If so, just mark it as spam. From then on it should automatically be sent to the spam folder. After a period of time it will be deleted.
To stop the weekly Spotlight email go to your email and place their name on the BLOCKED list. It'll go to your Junk Folder where you can clear it away forever by clicking on the X.
You could write to your state office for public cable service and complain to them - unless you live in NJ where they just laugh at us. Verizon says "Click here to Unsubscribe," on Spotlight magazine. But that's a joke.
