I had my cable and internet go out and it took me over a week talking to around 14 different people and over 20 phone calls and I still got charged for the entire month after being told that I wouldn't. All you get is "I'm sorry." I stayed home from work losing money for two days after being told that someone would come by but no one showed up. My internet has gone out time after time and I am on my 4th cable box in 2 years as it's one problem after another. Verizon is the worst! Stay away!

yes,i agree stay away!!

in collections for account in the state of delaware!

i never lived in delaware!

verizon will not help and the collections company will not help! impossible to speak to a verizon person!

i was laughed at so i cancelled all accounts that i had,  IN GOOD  STANDING that are MINE!

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

JUST RECEIVED INVOICE EXPLAINING BILL.FROM DEBT COLECTION AGENCY.

IT IS FOR $1200 FOR UNPAID FOIS BILL. IT IS IN A REALLY BAD NEIGHBOR HOOD IN DOVER DELAWARE!

WHERE I LIVE IN NEW JERSEY FIOS IS UNOBTAINABLE!.ALSO THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER WITH BILL!

VERIZON DOES NOT VERIFY INFO FOR NEW ACCOUNTS!
