The My Verizon web page does not remember your login. I have to logon everytime I open the web page. I reported this before. A hint is that the logon also forgot my image ID when I did logon, and I had to re-do that.
This was broken around the time a month or two ago when someone fixed the fact that the link did not go to the TV Listing webpage but kept stopping at the My Verison main page. Either link - to the My Verizon main page or to the TV Listings page requires you to logon and does not remember me.
