We had fios internet and phone service installed. Installer did not have underground conduit pre-installed and left cable on surface. Several weeks later, contractor used turf spade to "Bury" cable. Cable was cut by another utility during their install work because it was within inches of surface. Repair tech spliced service cable and ordered conduit to be installed for service cable. Contractor installed conduit, but tech never returned to install service cable. Service is still spliced and lying inches from the surface and conduit is underground empty. On wet/damp days, internet experiences interference and occasionally goes out. Whole house is wireless and both computers lose connection. Not sure if problem is router, service or computer's wireless connection.
When will we receive the installation of new service cable through the conduit? We have had this service for over a year now and the splice was done in August of 2012.
