Still waiting on promised gift card it has been over six months

I had a sales person stopped by my house to discuss switching my service.  I was told that I would receive a $200.00 gift card after three months. I started my service on 12/7/2016. I have paid my bills on time. I received a Visa card. Before I could use the card, I received an email in April stating that I was sent the wrong card. I call the number to get a new card. The person said that I wound receive the new card in six to eight weeks. No card was received. I called the number again. This time the person said that the card was not order and that they would order the card. I waited another eight weeks. Still no card. So I called the number again. The person said the card was returned. I said how could that be if I still stay where the first card was sent. This person said they wouls resend the card. This time I was told two weeks. Still no card. I called again.  This time the person said they would put a rush on the card. I am still waiting. I feel that I have been deceived.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
