Verizon did some FiOS network maintnenace in our neighborhood and replaced their ground vault box with a larger box. It is located at the end of my driveway along the curb. In their digging work they cut through a irrigation line. They did not inform us (the homeowner) of the damage at the time, but only put electrical tape around the end. This May when I started up the sprinkler system of course it blew out the tape and flooded the whole area. I had to have the irrigation company come out and make repairs. They gave me the pictures of the damage and an invoice (which I have paid) for the repairs. How do I submit a claim to Verizon for reimburesment?
