How to i submit a formal complaint. I have spent the better part of the day on the phone with various agents and tech support people only to be told my quantum DVR issues are a "known issue" and no eta on resolution and basically i have to live with it and for that matter PAY for substandard service. I am ready to go to the BBS if I have to as this is totally unacceptable. Time to look at COMCAST i guess.

What DVR issues are you having?
There is a known bug where scheduled recordings may be missed.
Unfortunately it appears the strike is taking all resources for the moment.
