I got the email to redeem my samsung promo reward and all the emails I've gotten have said I hae until 10/5/19 to redeem it. I have scrolled the products and options but my husband and I couldn't decide how to use it and then realized we just had to choose. It's now 11:05 EST on 10/4/19 and the link has disappeared and even though I just got an email today at 2:09 pm telling me tomorrow (10/5/19) was the last day, there is no "redeem" link and no option to contact anyone about it. Please advise.
