I have been with Verizon for  almost 30 years.  Customer service has gone way down hill.  Went and upgraded, bought 3 new phones.  One didn’t charge and got hot to the touch while trying to charge. They had us mail it in, no replacement till the warehouse receives and processes the phone.  This can take weeks. Can not purchase a new one, because service is listed on the  return phone. Can’t have service on two phones with the same #. This  phone is needed daily for work,as a second authentication deviceBeen to several local Verizon locations, and chatted online as well.  No help from anyone.  There is no way to track or get an update on retuned device. So no phone, or service for how long?  Apparently customer loyalty is not rewarded, very disappointed.
