My phone service had been awful lately. Whenever I call I get someone with a thick accent and then immediately after my text messages stop working. I have been waiting on a phone for a week because mine stopped working and the order was canceled for fraud. Not sure how it's fraud if the representative ordered it for my. I'm changing company's as soon as possible. I can never get quality customer service anymore and my bill has gone up so much regardless. Of being "grand fathered in".
