Horrible customer service, my internet Fios been installed 8 days ago and its been since Wednesday  that my internet been out of network and ever since ive had requested almost everyday to send someone to get this fixed and every time they schedule it no one comes or they come up with a ridiculous excuses. I've recently changed my service to Verizon and I use to have Cox and the only reason I changed it to Verizon was because I thought they are great with everything and their services. But terrible !!! I work with internet a lot and last time when i called they apparently as usual said they will bring someone this morning no matter what but now when i called them they said they dont even have anything that shows that we requested for today and apparently its not even saved the video calls that I made with the technical support. His name was  Radclisse and his supervisor name was Jemerson. So now they are passing from one rep to another. This is sick.... Very disappointing and honestly I wont recommend VERIZON to anyone !! They said " they had come yesterday and no one answered which is a lie I was sitting outside the whole day and no one even showed up ".  And now that i called them this rep Lanee which is a supervisor and Savion are not even helping and they play with me like if I am a kid. I work for military and this is ridiculous and i am just disgusted by their customer services.
