Temporarily disconnecting fiber optic cable for tree removal

My fiber optic cable is connected to my house from the power lines behind my house. The fiber optic cable runs through some tree branches of a large tree that is now dead and needs to be removed. Tree companies have told me that I must have the fiber optic cable moved before they can cut the tree down.
How do I go about scheduling temporarily disconnection of my fiber optic cable and then reconnection of it as soon as the tree is cut down and gone?
Thanks.

I wouldn't be surprised if there is a charge for them to come out and do this.
