I am writing to inform you that I have recently moved into a new construction home and a tech came to my house yesterday stating that he can no run a temporary connection until the construction crew comes out to run please the fiber underground. This can take a months to complete. As the permanent internet connection is currently being arranged to be run underground by Verizon, I am in need of a temporary internet solution. Could you please assist in setting up a temporary internet connection at my address until the permanent connection is established? Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
