Total lack of customer support

I've got to hand it to Verizon; they've gone the extra mile to ensure customers cannot reach a customer service representative with a heart beat -- not on the phone or in a text chat. They've really put a lot of effort into making sure they reroute you at every juncture to a web-based page.

While I'm certain they save lots of money doing that, it also translates into terrible customer service in that you literally cannot get answers to questions or solutions to problems.
