Actually, you should try their online chat. It may be faster then their phone centers. You can find the link in the "contact us" section below.
Another option is to reach out to their social media support team. They can be reached by tweeting @verizonsupport or posting in https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect. They will respond with a private chat link where you can discuss the details of your issue. They tend to be very responsive, so I suggest you give them a try.
