I have a ticket number and spoke once to the Engineer but he never called back. PSEG is relocating poles on my property but I need to work with Verizon to relocate their wires. The phone number I used in the past for the Pole Complaint Department is no longer working. How can I reach the engineer to move the Verizon part of this process to the next step? I have his name and a ticket number but no way to reach anyone. Thanks
