There is a large tree branch lying/covering the cable lines going to our street. (I checked with BGE, County Services and Verizon customer service today with each pointing fingers at each other. These are the cables lines, not the power lines.)
I would like to be proactive and report this before it becomes a bigger problem.
All the automated support options don't seem to cover this need.
Where/how do I report this? Otherwise, we’ll just wait until a storm takes the lines out
