There is a tree growing into the lines of CONFIRMED Verizon phone cables at the very back of my property. The branches are pulling down on the wires and I am deeply concerned with the impeding breakage of these branches. The tree is NOT my tree. Also, a confirmed Verizon owned telephone pole bordering my property is infested with bees. Multiple Verizon service people have come out yet nothing has been done. I have been attempting to get both situations corrected for two full years now.
