Yesterday a tree fell on my street and is currently leaning on the cable and FIOS wires. The cables are sagging pretty badly and when I called Verizon to report it, the foreign tech support told me that its not Verizons problem and the town has to fix it, which is not true.
Verizon owns the cables and should remove the tree. Can someone please reach out to me to have the tree removed?
I am a remote worker and cant wait for the tree to break the cables and cause me trouble.
