Following the August, 2023 storm that caused so many power outages in our area, our neighborhood is left with an unresolved issue. A very large \ long limb of a tree in our yard broke off and fell across overhead lines servicing the street in front of our home as well ourselves. The length of the limb was long enough to fall into our neighbor's property across the street. Several days after the storm had passed, a PECO truck came by to cut away the portion of the limb that was crossing over the road. But the very largest portion of the limb was left resting against the overhead lines.
Our next store neighbor happens to be a PECO employee; from him it was learned that the overhead lines against which the limb is resting are not power lines. The neighbor across the street is an XFinity customer who has reported the issue to them.
Given that it has been roughly two months since the storm came through, how to call this major limb damage and potentially larger problem (if it eventually downs the overhead lines) to the attention of the appropriate people at Verizon ?
Photos are attached.
