Similar to others reports ( https://community.verizon.com/t5/General-Products-Services/Reporting-tree-limbs-on-lines/m-p/1415388...), I have a problem with a thick set of fallen and near fallen limbs lying on Verizon lines behind my house and bordering 3 other properties.
It is not going to take much, with winter coming on, for these limbs to take down a long string of Verizon lines for a number of customers.

I tried to let Verizon know about a series of limbs that had fallen on their lines between a number of properties. With winter coming, it's a matter of time before the lines come down. And they respond that they don't do limb removal and that I have to hire a private company to do it?
Are you serious? I am not paying out of my pocket for maintenance to your property for which I already pay a hefty access and usage fee. I'll let the weather bring down the lines and you can deal with the multiple families who are upset that you aren't replacing the lines quickly enough in the coming ice storms.
Shame on you!
