I received a samsung offer/reward as a new customer which expired on 9/9/19. I logged into my account in the morning to make sure it was still there on 9/8/19. Went to go redeem it later that afternoon and it wasn't there. Checked back on 9/9/19(my actual expiration date, last day to use) and it's not there. This is very disappointing and frustrating, has anyone else had this problem. Only thing that would be a solution to this in my eyes, would for Verizon to honor the offer for one day and let me redeem it. Not happy at all.
