Trouble accessing link to redeem $150 in prepaid visa card for ordering Fios Gigabit connection

Hi. I received email to redeem $150 in prepaid visa cards for ordering Fios Gigabit connection (one for $100 and another for $50).  I received the email to redeem, but there is no "redeem tile" in my Verizon account and I cannot follow on-screen instructions to register, as instructed in the email. Several people on the forum are reporting same issue. Can someone please let me know on the solution and how I can redeem these prepaid cards.  Please reply back and advise how I can access the rewards tile which is nowhere to be found on the Verizon website.

This is a common complaint just do a google search on it.

the easiest way is to file with your states Attorney Generals Office and tell them what’s happening. You can also go to the http://www.bbb.org and file an online complaint.

you could try talking to them on the phone but you will not get what you desire. Some say verizon tells them it’s another place that handles these cards and they don’t have to number or the number they give does not function.

there is a moderator on here that use to have the number to call. Maybe that person can give it to you.
