I've contacted customer service 4 times over the past month to see how I can get my eGift cards. When I try to redeem them they say processing and I should expect to receive and email in 24 to 48 hours. It's been the same status for 5 weeks. Calling customer service hasn't helped, they say they are processing my request. But it seems like they are many issues with gift cards in general. Any help you be appreciated.
