I have tried for 1 week to redeem promo offer for Samsung Chromebook. I keep getting error and it says try again later. I tried to resolve issue through online chat working with them for 2 hours. Still nothing. Then I tried for an hour on the phone to several departments. Still not being as ble to redeem. The promotion expires on 11/18/19 and I am beyong frustrated and very disappointed. I'm a new customer to Fios and if this is how their service works, I am not impressed AT ALL. All I want is what was promised to me when I signed up for service. They have no problem taking my money each month!
