UPS Pick-Up for Fios Equipment

Fios mistakenly shipped me TV and internet equipment. I cannot return the package to UPS because it is too large and heavy to carry to the nearest UPS (which is located far away).
I also cannot arrange UPS pick-up without Verizon's UPS account number (to avoid being charged for Verizon's mistake).
Has anyone dealt with this issue? Please advise.
