UPS lost my Return Router package, being charged for not returning it.

I sent back my rental router on July 29th and UPS lost the package in Transit. I have only recently heard from UPS on an update for the package and they confirmed it lost after investigating. I have the receipt and tracking number from dropping it off and a screenshot of the UPS claim results.
Is there an email I can send this information to so I can have the ~$149 charge to my account removed because UPS lost my packaged?
