Unable To Redeem Gift Cards

I recently got Fios service and was promised 2 $100 gift cards and a Verizon streaming device.  The tiles on the website did not work initially, then they disappeared, and now they have reappeared and only give me an endless loop bringing me back to My dashboard.  Seems like such a bait and switch especially with how many people have complained on this forum.
