Unable to Redeem Amazon Prime Offer

I've been on with Verizon support multiple times and Amazon support multiple times and I am unable to redeem the Amazon prime for 12 months offer. It's frustrating because each agent is unable to support and just transfers me and if the line cuts, which is often, I spend another three hours on the phone just to get a shoddy answer. I need an agent who is actually able to help me get the perks Verizon is claiming to offer when I signed up for this service.
