I have two Verizon gift cards that I've been told I can redeem - I have tried various browsers, computers, and phones, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to redeem these gift cards. I have also tried calling the provided "rewards team" phone number, and have spent hours on hold. This is so disappointing, although I'm not surprised as this is how 99% of my Verizon interactions have gone. I have tried to redeem these for a month now, and no luck! I am a VERY VERY unhappy Verizon customer.
