Unable to Redeem Gift Cards

Much like everyone else on this forum, I am unable to redeem my 2 $100 Verizon Gift Cards. The tiles show up but the Redeem button just reloads the page. Chat was unable to solve this issue and it's pretty frustrating that something so simple doesn't work.

they'll send you an unhelpful message and direct you to a number that never picks up and lock this thread. i don't know if it's on purpose but it feels pretty scammy. really unprofessional customer service from verizon.
