I have been trying for over a month to redeem $74 on my gift card. Verizon charged me twice as I was moving apartments and then sent me a gift card administered by "Northlane".
Redeeming money from the Northlane card has been an extremely frustrating experience, and it is quite clear that Verizon and Northlane have used shady tactics to frustrate customers out of redeeming their money. The northlane website repeatedly denies my request to transfer the money to my bank account. I want urgent action to be taken to get further support on this!!
Please just let get my money back to my account and i hope to NEVER have to use Verizon again.
