Unable to 'Register Now' for Visa Gift Card Reward

Like many others, I recieved this message and the link to 'register now' does NOT work: "In order to receive your reward, you must register within 60 days of your Fios installation. Please take a few moments and do so today." Please help. This forum system is quite ineffeciate as we all have the same question but answers are given individually. Thanks for your help
