I have been able to access/claim my reward via email link. After 3 separate chat conversations, a Ticket # was assigned and I was directed to call the Rewards center.
I have called 2xs -holding for approx 45-60mins. Currently on hold for the 3rd time.
Appreciate any assistance that can be provided.
