Unable to access Samsung Reward from Redemption Email

Hello - As part of my new Fios plan, I received a Samsung reward to be redeemed through the "My Verizon" page. I received an email today that this reward would expire tomorrow, however, when I follow the link to redeem the reward, there doesn't appear to be a "reward" tile as indicated in the email. Has anyone else experienced this?
