There was a linked after I signed in to redeem my $100 gift card, but the link was broken. I kept on getting site was down or some error along the way. Tried on a Mac laptop and a PC on different days multiple time. Happened to me twice so I should have gotten 2 of $100 gift card. Called customer service, then was told to contact gift card department. When I called the gift card department, they told me to customer service. Stuck in a loop. They keep pointing their fingers at each other.
