Unable to claim my new Ring Video Doorbell 2

Hi all,

I am a new Fios customer.  I got the promotion deal on black friday and got my new Fios activated on 12/18/2018.  I got an email sent to me to claim for my new Ring Video Doorbell 2 on 12/20/2018.  I follow the email instruction and log into the webpage, but I was not able to find the icon to clain my free Ring Video Doorbell 2.  I tried call the phone support line and they kept transfer to different department.  I am getting no where with it.  Any one has the same problem? Or is it just me?  Or is there a number or email I can reach to ask about it?
